Choose high-strength metal materials, such as steel or aluminum alloy, to make the frame. Steel has a high load-bearing capacity and resistance to deformation, and is suitable for environments that need to withstand large loads; aluminum alloy is relatively light, but its thickness and structural strength should be designed to withstand high loads.
Use reinforcement design at key load-bearing parts of the frame (such as connection points, support frames, and joints), such as using beams, thickened plates, or triangular support structures. This can effectively improve the stability of the frame under load and prevent the frame from bending or deforming under high loads.
